At Alaskan Mystic Wonders, all sales are final, and items are sold as-is. Due to the unique and natural nature of our crystals and spiritual products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us before making your purchase. 

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
