Shipping Policies

Our standard flat rate is $11.11 for all orders up to $111.11. All items ship within 3 days of order, with the exception of custom made items like concrete vessels or jewelry.

FREE standard shipping with your purchase over $111.11 *Excluding select oversized or heavy items.

If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Alaskan Mystic Wonders is not responsible for resending the order.  If the package is returned to Alaskan Mystic Wonders by USPS, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship at the customer's expense.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.  Though we are very sorry your items didn't reach you, Alaskan Mystic Wonders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping.

Shipping costs are non refundable. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding.

In-Store Pick-up Policies

In-Store Pick-up orders can be claimed during our normal business hours at our physical location in at 719 2nd Ave, Fairbanks, Ak 99701

Any orders left unclaimed after 3 months will be marked as abandoned and not eligible for a refund.
